A total rip off. I filled out forms for LLC their online price was 30.00 less than legalzoom. wish I went there. They took my money for forming LLC and transferred data into forms for a EIN number which is free on IRS website. They offer a 30 day money back no question asked policy when it got to 25 day mark I called and simply fillings stated that LLC formation takes a little longer. When EIN shows up I call and they said LLC is coming after 35th day they said to bad so sad. A scam company run as fast as you can type to the next company.
