SimplyPureNutra Charged me for a free trial bottle of the garcinia Cambodia Aberdeens Scotland

I saw adds on the internet and on my phone about this miracle pill, garcinia cambogia, where you can loose 20 lbs in 4 weeks. It was supposed to be supported by dr. Oz. I ordered the free trial where all you had to do was pay the $4.95 shipping charge.  I thought about it after I ordered that it might be a supscription where they charge you ever month and send you the product. No where on the site where you order does it say that it does when you order. I searched online and found the terms and conditions where they say they do. 

I called them up they said that even on their terms and cionditions site that they can cancel an ongoing shippment, the girl told me that they couldn't  and I would have to cancel after I got the product because of the trial. That was after listening to her talk about how wonderful the product was. As it turns out I got an email that night that it was just being shipped. So she could have stopped the order. 

I called the next time I could call, because they are closed on weekends, when I got the product. Again I had to listen to the wonders of the product. TheN I was told I had 2 options on canceling. One was to wait a couple days until they got the RAG number needed to send the pills back from the manager then call them for the number then mail it back where I would be charged then call back to see if they received it then call back 2 weeks later to see if it's canceled and get a confirmation email. And get charged for the restocking fee where at the end I'd b charged $35 . Or pay for the buy out bottle of 75 % off of their monthly charge of $89.99 and get another bottle and then that would b canceling the supscription . He said that it would b cheaper to throw away 2 bottles then to return the one. He said then that I would get 2 emails one that it is being shipped and another to confirm the cancelation  In 5-10 min. I never got the emails.

Called the next day, was told that I would not be getting the emails until I was charged for the buy out bottle which was at the end of the month. When I told him that I was told I was going to get the emails in 5-10 min. after the call he said he doesn't know why I was told that. My bank emailed me and said I was charged. Again no emails from the company. So I called again. That was when I was told that I was canceled and that they would resend the email. When I asked about the 2 bottle of pills he was rude and said that the free bottle wasn't a gift and that by canceling I would be charge for the free bottle and there would be no second bottle. So free trial doesn't mean free unless you like the product. I told him I was told on 2 separate occasions that I would be getting the 2nd bottle and he said that he doesn't know why I was told that.
