Complaint Review: Simplyyou

I did not notice the Simplyyou charges on my credit report for three years. I confused them with other store charges I had made in the past. I just noticed this month that the charge were made when I was recovering from surgery.

I had no idea what "services" simply you provided, so I called the number listed on my credit card. I am upset that I didn't catch this and at a complete loss for how I became a "member." I was informed that I signed up over the internet in 2005 and that I was sent a form in the mail for canceling the membership within 30 days.

I asked about a number for filing complaints and was told the only way to complain is by writing a letter to P.O. Box 5152, Desplaines, Illinois 60017. Of course, I canceled the membership.
