It appears their servers are located in Virginia (no surprise there, most are) and I believe there is some law that Virginia has either passed or is in the works that will expose owners of servers who cause spam or other computer harrasment to fines of thousands per occurance. I suggest you contact the authorities in Virginia (don't think that Bahamas would be easy to contact) and ask them to look into this registrant..... since the site is hosted in Virginia. Also, contact your ISP and ask them to "deny" traffic from this domain based on abuse. They can do that, and also carry more weight when investigating and complaining to the hosting servers. What's he trying to hide when he uses a yahoo mail account as his technical contact address, anyway?
