Complaint Review: SIMTEC COATINGS

I was a potential customer to Simtec.  Lost due to this situation.  I wanted to let everyone know what happened so they know who they are dealing with and the potential for this owner to be violent. I was simply setting in my car in the complex talking on my phone when the owner (He identified himself as) came out of Simtec Coatings and asked me what I needed while I was on the phone with a client.  I told him that I was fine, that I was on an important call.  He came back a few minutes later and said "hey you have been here a while, what do you need?" I was listening to my client and told him again, "I am on the phone". He then got angry and said he would rip the ear phones from my ears!  I warned him not to touch me. If he did he would regret it.  He then rushed my car, got in my face,  and threatened me while I had a client on the phone! I was amazed! I has to ask the client to call the police.  He told me to get out of there, that he owned the whole place and called me every name you could think of.  I was so amazed that here a guy is doing to this to someone he has never met and could be a potential customer right in front of his own business.  The guys was nuts and has anger issues. Right in front of his shop! How unprofessional and stupid!  Well I will make sure that everyone who ever potentially does business with this company knows this story because of it.  It just goes to show that you never know who you are dealing with, and him acting that way was enough to tick a person off enough to get online and write this.  Maybe he will think next time before threatning someone in front of his business!
