SimTechnos India Aditya Bhimrajka Scammed me for $400 and did not deliver work as agreed Kolkata Internet

THIS IS HOW THIS SCAM WORKS
 
The scammer creates websites selling cloned scripts. The scammer takes the money upfront from the client and gives 2 weeks delivery time to customize the apps as per the client needs. After that the client keeps on chasing and never gets the completed work.
 
The scammer takes payments on freelance platforms including Freelancer.com, Upwork.com and works without a mile stone so clients can not get a refund as per the sites policy.
 
Its a very easy scam and a person sitting in the UK or USA would not chase this due to the distance.
 
THIS IS HOW I WAS SCAMMED FOR $400 AND MANY OTHERS THE SAME WAY

 
1. Project started on 28th November and the scammer committed to deliver by the 15th Dec and took the payment on Freelancer.com
 
2. I contacted the scammer on the 15th Dec and was told no work has been done and he needs more time till the 23rd Dec.
 
3. I asked the scammer to stop the work on the 15th Dec and refund the payment so I can hire someone else to do it. The scammer gave lame excuses and does not agree to refund and claimed that by just delivering the source code which was one part out of the 3 tasks agreed, he has delivered the complete project.
 
4. Scammer contacts me on the 21st Dec telling me that its my mistake that I did not provide him the server details.
 
5. I sent him the server details on the 21st Dec and got an email from him saying it will be completed in 72 hours. 
 
6. Today is the 29th Dec and nothing has been uploaded on the server and no work has been delivered.
 
7. I contacted the scammer and he claimed he had emailed the work whereas no work has been done to date. He started sending me the same files in separate folders claiming that he is delivering the work.

This client is either mad or having problem reading things. 

She first hired her for the website which we delivered and then she bought the SEO package which was supposed to go on for 6 months @ 400 USD 

We commenced the work 15 days now 

We did:

Google Indexing 

Yahoo Indexing 

Bing Indexing 

As well as 8000 directory submissions along with 16000 backlinks as well as we are driving visitors to her site on daily basis.

We told her that we are not interested in doing further work for her as because she comes up every day with a new thing and tells us this and that is problem, even after 15 days of delivery. 

Now she tells us that she wants a refund for the same and she is doing all this drama that we are not doing her work, where we have every day work proof and we told her we cant refund her for thid work as its already in progress. 

She threats us that for the other delivered work also she will file a dispute if we ont refund her. 

Its recommened to be very wise dealing with this kind of mischevious employer, who first takes work and then claim refund with no vlaid proof. All are work done confirmations and progress and her expectations met are provided in the following screenshots.

The code he gave us was junk and old. We got our money back since we made a PayPal payment to freelancer there are many still waiting for their money. We have reported him to cyber crime India and received a confirmation from them they have recorded the complaint.

( We hapen to be a registered company )

 

The scammer takes payments on freelance platforms including Freelancer.com, Upwork.com and works without a mile stone so clients can not get a refund as per the sites policy.

( we have our own payment gateway, and this scammer employer says we dont work on milestone, whereas we work milestones only, who is an idiot to give full payment on such a website like freelancer )

Its a very easy scam and a person sitting in the UK or USA would not chase this due to the distance.

( we have out 75% customers from US and UK )

Now look at this points:
 
1. The client was delivered the script package, but he never mentioned it in this entire report
2. In the point 5 he mentions himself , he didnt sent the server details for a month and he blames us.
3. The best part the company name he uses on freelancer is QuestBpo, here he has became steve, he confirmed he recieved refund of the amount paid as we got money and since he failed, but we decided to refund and we have a valid proof, he threatens us more claiming more money or esle he will harm our reputation.

This person ,we delivered himthe code and the work ws delayed, stil lwe have reufned the person already.  we have a valid confirmation of funds receievd by him ownself.
