To Whom it may concern;

With regard of my previous request sent by certified mail , which unfortunately remains answered. I did not expect that such a world famous carrier like you can act like this.

Let me summarized my previous letter:

I flew on October from Cologne with Lufthansa and subsequently with SQ 985 to Singapore and Jakarta. for the funeral of my mother. Initially I should have flew back on November from Jakarta vias Singapore back to Frankfurt. Unfortunately, SQ had cancelled the flight on that day, while other carrier such as Garuda flew accordingly on that day for the flight to Europe. Obviously the Jakarta airport authority did not close the airport for international flights. I had to flight the next day on November 7th. The subsequent train trip from Frankfurt to Bremerhaven was not changed accordingly, which resulted a lot of hassle. I did get reimbursement for the train ticket later on with some difficulties. As I mentioned on my previous letter I had lost my income on the November 7th of 8 x 90 equal 729 Euro due to my absence. I was and am still a honorary physician in Klinikum Bremerhaven up to-day.. I am sure that you are responsible for my income loss due to your decision not to fly on November 7th. I again request the reimbursement . of my income loss and a prompt and professional reply.

Secondly the traveled miles have not been credited to the star alliance United airlines mileage plu. Similar experience I had in September 2008 that no mile was credited.

I have cc this letter to Verbruaucherschutz( consumer protection in Germany) and the consumer report in California because my domicile is in los angeles, California.
