Back in September 2005, I ordered a Lazer Storm Vacuum with the steamer and attachments. The total bill should have been around 150 dollars. Much to my surprise about 1 week later a box showed up with 4 vacuums, no steamer and no attatchments and a bill for 500 dollars billed to my credit card.

I immediately returned the vacuums and called them on confirmation of return. Luckily I was able to get a hold of someone, they said they would credit my card back. well 1 month went by, no response, I kept trying to reach them but to no avail. Finally after about 3 months I got a hold of someone, same old bull.

This company is a disgrace to all the legitimate companys out there. I am pursuing an attorney to go after these crooks. I hope other people will join in my pursuit to seek justice for the consumer that works hard for what they get, while companies like this work hard to rip consumers off. As for the 1 of the few that had a good experience, count your blessings, it was your lucky day.

If the charge was to your credit card (not debit card, check card, or checking account), contact the credit card company as soon as possible to request a dispute form. Consumers usually have a little longer to dispute fraudulent credit card charges (up to 6 months), but it is better to act right away. In this type of situation, credit card disputes are usually successful since fraudulent companies often won't contest the disputed charge. In rare cases, credit card companies will review disputes, but refuse to reverse the charges. If this occurs, complain to a manager and let them know you will be filing a report here.

Remember Don't let them get away with it!Make sure theymake the Rip-off Report.. The more Reports filed on a Company or individual, the more likely it is that the authorities, media and attorneys will want to take action.
