Complaint Review: SINGER LASER STORM

SINGER LASER STORM ripoff, able to take my money really fast but to get decent customer service and money back it is taking two months. Los Angeles California

I ordered the vacuum cleaners over three months ago.
When I initially placed the order, I was speaking to someone who had to report my order three times.
On the last try, she finally got it right(at least that is what I thought) which was to order one set of the vacuum cleaners (buy one get one free).

After a very long delay I received 2 orders (4 vacuum cleaners). I have tried since receiving the vacuum cleaners to get through the customers service line.
Those attempts went as follows:

Stayed on hold for 54 minutes until my cell phone went dead.

I called next day at 4.25 which I was on hold until 4:56 in which a message came on stating to call back tomorrow.
I called one time and finally spoke to a representative after holding for 35 minutes which he instructed someone will be at my house either the following two Fridays but I would receive a phone call. I NEVER RECEIVED A PHONE CALL OF COURSE!!! And these vacuum cleaners were never picked up.

I just called again today to find out that I will not be able to have these vacuum cleaners picked up for at least another month.

You guys were able to take my money really fast but to get decent customer service and money back it is taking two months.
