Bought 2 vacuums in June of 2005. Called many times before I got them at the end of August of 2005.
Product was not what they said it would be, so I called to find out process for returning product. Lady said I had to have it back to them within 2 weeks or it would be to late. That was on September 21st, which is the day I went to the post office and sent it off. Postmaster there said it would be there in a week.

Waited 2 weeks to get the credit back on my credit card and when I called they said I had to fax them my postal receipt, which I did. I have talked to them numerous time since then and all I get is the same lady and the same old story,there is a delay and when you ask what it is she says she doesn't know. I have asked to talk to a Lisa/Monica and I have never got to speak to either of them. They are always out of the office or at lunch. All I want is for my money to be put back onto my credit card in the amount of 156.00. I have gone through my credit card company to get there help with this as well. They are working on it.

They are now on TV again, only they are calling themselves power storm this time, same vacuum and all the promises as the other one.
