Singer Lazer ripoff, bank fraud. Reno Nevada
I Ordered a Singer Lazer Vacuum from a TV ad and they charger my Bank Account $153.90. I called and they said I ordered 4 units... I didn't, and cancelled the order. They said it wout take 5 to 7 days to return my money. It will soon be a month and I have called no less than 5 times (each time waiting 15 to 45 minutes for an answer).
Because they took money directly from my bank, that may be bank fraud!
I intend to contact the Federal Government and find out.
As I live on a fixed income with Social Security being the major source of income, I find the business practices of IGIA outside the law.
If there is a attorney reading this, maybe a lawsuit may be in order!

My bank is attempting to retrieve my money...The Reno PD took a fraud report and the FBI told me the Government does not investigate fraud under $25,000.00 ( Because there is so much ). They did however, suggested that I contact the LAPD, and maybe they might be already investigating the company. I did and told them of the fraudulent company operating in their area.
Lets keep our fingers and toes crossed that they might even react in the citizens behalf.
