Singer Lazer Storm offers buy-one-get-one-free vacuum. I ordered one, expecting to receive two total, however, when shipment arrived I had 4 each vacuums!!!

The company charged me for the additional non ordered goods including shipping on two unordered items and tax. The total overcharge equals $166.74.

When trying to reach someone at this company to resolve error, all telephone numbers and email addresses fail to find any live humans. Only automated telephone options or when responding to my email, they referred me back to the telephone system!

Stayed on hold for over 1 hour, waiting for customer service, then promptly got disconnected by their system.

Check out www.labbb.org, the Los Angeles Better Business Bureau, and discover the rating of 'F' and many complaints regarding the same issues above.

This company needs to be shut down, after I get a refund of the $166.74 overcharge and return freight (shipping costs).

Dispute with Credit Card Paid off

#2Author of original report

Mon, December 19, 2005

After our many attempts to reach the Singer Lazer Storm office without success, we disputed the charge with our Visa company. We shipped back the vacuums with return receipt, faxed that to our credit card company and voila! in 30 days, the charge was reversed. So we are out about $15 for the return postage, but at least we no longer have any outstanding headaches with this RIP OFF company!

All those suffering, please, please, please, dispute the charge with your credit card company.
