On 8/13/2005, i called the 800 number to roger the lazer storm. When my charge card statement came in, I found they had charged my acct the very next day and also charged me twice what I was suppose to pay.The total was $331.67.

I sent many e-mails with no response. I made many phone calls starting on 8/29/2005. I spoke to Lee who assured me my account would be credited $156.85. My next statement arrived with no credit. 11/3/2005, I spoke to Kania who said the vacuums were on back order and she assured me my account would be credited the $156.85.

On 11/22/2005, I spoke to Lisa with still no answers. On 12/23/2005, I spoke to Samatha who transferred me to a "supervisor" named Lisa Evans.

At that point, she told me starting in January money would be returned to customers who had not received their product.For a number of months, I was ill and unable to fight any more.I am so very angry with this ripoff.

The other morning, I saw what looked to be the same vacuum being advertized on TV under the name of Millinex Power Storm. The phone number is 800 791 5747. The web address is stormvacs.com. The address they used was 245 8th ave. PMP 855 New York, NY 10011.

I will never order anything from the TV again.
