Complaint Review: Singer Lazer Storm

I ordered the singer lazer storm because the infomercial convinced me! When I called the 800 number to order they informed me that it would take 4-6 weeks delivery and the shipping charge was $30! Excitedly I paid for my order.

Then I searched the internet and found a lazer storm for about the same price with a delivery time of 1 week! So I called the 800 number to cancel, apparently they are the calling/selling service and cannot cancel an order so they gave me Singer's number 1-800-711-8357 , I called and it said business hourswere from 8:30-5 pacific time, so I patiently awaited 8:30 and called, busy! I continued to call in small intervals and each and EVERY time the number was busy. Unsatisfied I continued searching for a number where I could cancel my order.

I finally found it and would like to share it with any and all of you who neeed it!

I called and tried to cancel my order but they have informed me that they are experiencing a delay and have not yet received my file. So I'm not positive that this number is useful YET !
