Complaint Review: Singer Lazer Storm

I saw the product advertised on t.v. I thought it was a good deal buy one vacuum get one free with a free steamer. Of course you have to pay shipping charges which I agreed to $20.00 for the steamer. What I did not agreed to was 4 vacuums, no steamer and to be double charged $333.48(should only have been half) This happened on August 19, 2005.I reached singer customer care 3 times at the beginning of this nightmare.

The first girl told me she would send a call tag in the mail, I waited a week nothing. Called back, spoke with Maria (who was very rude)she told me to call fed ex and they would pick it up. Called fed ex they told me they need a cofirmation number from singer to pick up merchandise. Called back singer and they told me to call back in 7 to 10 days for confirmation number. Called again they told me to wait 30 days, told her what Maria said. She told me she would call me back with information never did. I've tried calling several times since then but cannot get through. I've waited an hour and a half, a hour and 15 min and 59 min only to be hung up on by the automated service. E-mails do not work either no one ever responds. Tried to e-mail yesterday October 7, 2005 only to have it sent back. I guess it no longer works.
