Complaint Review: Singer Lazer Storm

I ordered the singerlazer over 2 months ago. I have never heard anything from them. I have sent over 10 e-mails each answered with "We will get in touch with you in 24 hours." I have never heard anything from them. I have called the number on TV and they give me another number to call with no answer. This product is still being advertized on TV.

They are still selling a non-existent product. I was charged for 2 on my credit card and received nothing. How do I go about getting my money back?
