Complaint Review: Singer Lazer Storm

I have had the same problem all the other complainers have had or are having. Mine started 7-26-05 ordered 2 lazer storm vacuums buy one and get one free also send $20.00 shipping for steamer! well what i received was 4 lazer storm vacuums and a broken steamer i called and was told to box up the 2 extra vacuums and broken steamer and send back to Wind Storm 4900 Zambrano St. Commerce, California 90040 and they would have FEDEX ground pick up and when they got it back they would reimberce me for the two extra vacuums and send me a new steamer.

I have called two and three times a month since 7-25-05 up untill 4-7-06 no one has done anything. I think there needs to be some kind of an investigation by the Federal consumers protection agency, and also by California consumers protection agency. One thing everyone can do is send a a letter to your credit card company and protest the charges, i think you have up to 1 year.
