Complaint Review: Singer Lazer Storm Vaccum

In July I purchased the Lazer Storm Vaccum. I bought 2 and was supposed to also recieve a steamer and a radio. The vaccum did NOT perform as advertised. I then began the all so familiar task of trying to cotact them. After making several calls, sitting on HOLD for enormous amounts of time and either being disconnected or totally ignored, listening to nothing but music, I would hang up without any more answers than I had before the call. I also tried e-mailing them several times with absolutely no results by that method. I certainly expected more from a product with the "Singer" name.
