TV commercial offers two for price of one at 120.00 on 6/13/05 i spoke to a person and placed an order with her. after i got off the phone i went on line and saw that the vacuum was only 59.95 each anyway. 6/14/05 when i looked at my account they had taken 493.70. imediatley called and email their customer service dept several times thru out the days when i finally got to a person by acting like i wanted to place an order they transferred the call and hung up on me.

I could not get a person to pick up the call until 07/20/05 they had given me double orders, it was past 6 weeks so i cancelled both orders. was told my bank account would be credited on 08/15 money not there called back was told 08/19 by some rude person she said no one told me i was getting it back on 08/15/05 it will be 08/19/05, not there on 08/19 so i called and they said my account shows negative meaning they have returned the money. no money so far i waited until my bank had a chance to do there thing and as of 08/23/05 i do not have my money back. now when you call everything is automated even to place an order and the email is no longer any good comes back as a bad adress. this is a rip and i am out of 500.00. this error has created me getting behind on my mortgage and caused me to get all kinds of overdrafts on my account not to mention the emotional stress and all the fustration and aggrivation they have put me through. i have reported them to BBB. can't afford an lawyer.

file a dispute with your bank

#3Consumer Suggestion

Wed, August 24, 2005

It sounds like you used your bank account information, not a credit card. If you did, contact your bank's customer service department and let them know you need to dispute this transaction immediately.

If you gave the company your account info for an electronic check, you may need to file a form called an Affadavit of Unauthorized Withdrawal. Where I bank, you do have to go into a bank branch office to file one of those.

If you used your check card on your bank account, they may have a separate Electronic Funds Transfer Dispute department. At my bank the check card disputes can be registered over the phone.

Basically, just let them know someone took your money illegally and the person you are speaking with should be able to direct you to the right place. Good Luck, I hope you get all your money back.

Ex-Employee of the Lazer Storm

#3UPDATE EX-employee responds

Wed, August 24, 2005

I am an ex-employee of the company. The vacuum is designed by Singer, but the product is not really made by singer. Of course the company also is not a "Singer" company and it is called "Lazer Storm". I did try to help some people, but I was told my job was only taking orders. Other shipping and billing problems had nothing to do with me. if anyone tried to help to track shipment for buyers, he would be fired. I think they never ship out orders, so there is no shipment can be tracked.

I don't know what I can do to help. if you are paying by a credit card, I am 100% sure you can get your money back by disputing the charge with your card company. Because there is a problem with this company, they will never fight back on the dispute with your credit card company.
