Complaint Review: SINGER LAZER STORM VACUMN

I oredered the laser storm vacumn that was suppose to be buy 1 get 1 free. and was also suppose to get a steamer for billed for $119.85. iI only ordered the buy 1 get 1 free within 2 weeks I received my package and opened it up to find no invoice and 4 vacumns and no steamer, I contacted the company and talked to one of their employess.

She was very rude to me and and told me i had to ship the vacumns back i didn't want and pay shipping to send them back. I informed them I was not about to pay to ship them back when i didn't order 4. I asked to speak to her supervisor and was told I couldn't because she was on break.. I then told her to send me a call tag and I would send them back she put me on hold and was gone quite a long time and told me she couldn't. I asked to speak to her supervisor again. This time she told me she was gone. i got very angry and told her if she wanted these vacumns back to send me a call tag she finally agreed to it and to also fax me a invoice I gave her my work fax number.

She said she would take care of it. I told her to go ahead and fax me the invoice that I would wait she said she couldn't while I was on the phone. So I asked her you are going to send me a call tag correct she said yes and you are going to fax me a invoice correct? she said yes... That was over 6 days ago have not received anything. I tried again to call the company and got nothing but another phone number and a recording. I have called my credit card company and i am going to file a dispute they were very helpftelling me how to do this. as they also tried to call the company with no results. I am so angry to be cheated like this and treated like this i didn't want 4 vacumns i just wanted the buy 1 get 1 free and the steamer. tyhis was put on my boyfreinds credit card as we are not married yet but do live together. his card was billed $313.76. they took our money and ran but unlike a few i did get the vacums. now what do i do?
