Complaint Review: Singer Lazer Storm Vacuum - Igia

called phone number that order vacs from. said to e-mail i did that. recieved e-mail back with another phone number. called on hold for 43 mins. kept getting a saying of: reps very busy please e-mail us. but all i get is a phone number.

i received 4 vacuum cleaners i ordered one vacuum cleaner with get one free and no attachments were included (and they were supposed to be with the package) also was supposed to get a free steam cleaner did not receive that either - no package slip was included and no bill was there to know what was being charged for this misshipment.

i received no idea whether this was being taken care when i talked to them so at this present time i'm stuck with 4 vacuum cleaners at a charge of $518.82 with no steam cleaner and no attachments. their customer service is inadequate and i need help - please notify us if you can alleviate this situation
