Complaint Review: Igia - Singer Lazer Storm Vacuum

never received vacuum.required HOURS of waiting on phone to get thruogh and NUMEROUS times getting disconnected without getting through.requested refund.....was told a refund was sent......two diff. dates.....that was in Nov/05 and Dec/05.

they dont answe phone calls or e-mails at all since Dec.
still nothing....was hard to even get their address.
just file BBB complaint.....WOW....I definately have to stand in line.....SCORES of complaints.look up 'singer lazer storm vacuum'To All: check company against BBB BEFORE purchasing anything.
