Complaint Review: Singer Lazer Vacuum

Ordered product on 6/11/05, cancelled because nothing showed up on 7/11/05, was charged 3x amount of vaccum $169.79 and have not been able to get refund. Customer care keeps you on hold for hours until they disconnect you. Talked to customer service reps and was promised refund, however nothing ever shows up. Very shady business practice. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission. Still waiting for a response. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!! THEY ARE RIPPING CUSTOMERS OFF!!
