I ordered the singer lazer storm vacuum on july 2, 2005. I finally got someone on the phone and they said mine would be shipped on august 29, 2005. Haven't seen it yet. I can't seem to talk to anyone, I have emailed 3 times and get a computerized message.
I think with all the complaints it is time for a lawsuit.
