Complaint Review: Singer Lazer Vacuum Sweeper

I purchased a singer lazer Vacuum that was shown on Television and was told it would take 2 weeks for delivery and I waited 3 weeks and during that time my visa card arrived and I saw a $ 453.70 charge and I called them up and canceeled my or which I have not recieved. So far all we get is a run around. I have emailled them and called them but to no avail as I think I will never get my money back. I also contacted my credit card Bank and they say they are going to put in a " Rebuttal " It just seems like no one cares and this company continues to do it over and over. I have been waiting for 10 weeks to try and get my money. And from looking at your site I am not the only one. My wife and I are on a fixed income and can't afford to lose $ 453.70. If you can do anything to help I would appreciate, meanwhile I'll work with the Bank to try and get my money.Like I said before How is a company like this with 1275 complaints allowed to operate and cheat people.
