Complaint Review: Singer Lazerstorm Vac

After watching the ad on tv, I placed an order through phone and made a phone check payment to singer lazerstorm vacuum. According to the phone message, if you make it a one-time payment with the shipping, it should have been $138.79. They have charged $333.48 in the name of TELBRASS LOGISTICS (SINGER).

I placed the order on 7/31/05. There was no person to talk to, it was wholly automated. I did not receive anything for the next 15 days and then I tried to call them.Same happened when I called, no one was available on the phone. It just said that email to customercare@singerlazer.com. I emailed on 8/15/05 that why money was not deducted and why didn't I receive the product. I received an automated response that someone from customer service would respond to the inquiry in 24 hours, none did. I waited and tried to call once or twice and then emailed them back on 9/1/05 twice.

To this date, I haven't received anything and I don't know 'HOW WOULD I CANCEL THE ORDER AND RECEIVE MY MONEY BACK. If you have any information on this, please help me. Thank you.
