Complaint Review: Singer Lazerstorm Vaccuum

I have been charged $111 once and $39.95 two consecutive months in a row. I have tried to call them several times to no avail, can't get anyolne on the phone, all I ever get is a busy signal. Can't find the web site, I ordered it from an infomercial TV. I have contacted my bank and they are doing a dispute, but are telling me that it may have surpassed the 30 day time limit. I have thus far paid almost $200, and have returned the product to them within the 30 day time period, with a valid RGA # that they gave me.
