Complaint Review: Singer Lazer StormVac - IGIA

Eighteen Months ago On September 10th 2005 I decided to call from my cellphone to a company named Singer to buy a Vacuum Cleaner which cost wound be around $130.00-$140.00 dollars because the announcement said "three payment of $39.99 plus shipping and another vacuum completely free"

I used my debit for the payment, but on September twenty-third(23)of the same year i noted that Singer made a withdraw of $453.70 dollars from my account.

I Tried to call them a thousand times but they never answered my calls, and indeed they did not send me the vacuum.
