On 7/7/05 Singer debited my checking account for $103.20. Which by the way is not the price I agreed to. I have always been told if it sounds too good to be true than do not buy it. The advertisement made it sound like it was a miracle tool for all types of floors. Because of the Singer name; I bought it and as of today, 11/14/05. I have not yet to recieve it and most important; I want my money back. Since then I have bought an Eurka Altima vacuum, which I am very pleased with. Like others, I tried to get a hold of customer service by phone and e-mail. No one responded. Fast to take your money but never delivers your product. Blasted thieves! October I turned the matter over to my bank. My bank has of today sent four requests on my behalf for them to return my money. Singerlazer has declined to return my money. I will be talking to the DA before too much longer. Today a $103.20 is alot of money to me. I have spinal cord injuries and I am no longer able to work. With the holidays approching; I need my money that I worked hard for. I feel like that I have been robbed. It really is starting to look that way. I will respond later if anything changes.
