Complaint Review: SingerLazer Storm - Igia Windstorm

I ordered a Singerlazerstorm vacuum back in August based on a TV ad. I never received it but my credit card was billed immediately for a higher amount than expected. Efforts to contact the company have failed. You can't talk to anyone on the phone and e-mails are undeliverable.

Research on the internet revealed many warnings and lawsuits filed against the company. I tried to contact IGIA directly but struck out there too. I contacted my credit card company to investigate.

This is the short version. Do not order from them!
