Complaint Review: Singh Chevrolet

TOTAL JOKE, pretty sure they hire used vacuum cleaner salesman’s with previous experience working at a circus. I live 1.5 hours from these clowns, I sent my driver license ahead of time so they could draft up/prepare the purchase contract for me to sign when I got there. I let clown 1 know I would only have short window to complete the deal as I have to pick up my kids from school and if they would take a company check to pay for the car in full they say “ohh yea no problem buddy”. I get there and clown 1 hands me off to clown 2 who then hands me a credit application? I reminded both clowns I’m purchasing it outright, then they say you will still need to fill out the personal references section. I remind them again I’m paying for it outright why would I give your personal references for something that will no longer be yours, again I’m not financing this purchase.  Then clown 3 comes into the circus act and says since you’re paying by company check we need your credit information. I told clown 3 you’re not running my credit so I will go get a cashier’s check. I let the clowns know to go get me the final figure of how much the check should be for, all 3 clowns run off to the changing tent in the back. Clown 3 returns with an amount, I go to the bank down the street and get the cashier’s check for the amount.

When I get back I ask where the purchase contract is so I can sign and be on my way as Im now going to be late to get my kids. They tell me well it will be a couple hours as there busy (it’s a ghost town with elevator music playing) I’m blown away I gave them my information 3 hours prior too and they still haven’t been able to fill out a purchase contract? I looked at the 3 clowns standing in front of me and realized I was now part of the circus act (how could this be Im in shock), I took my cashier’s check made out to them in full and ran out the door. During my 1.5 hour drive home now I realized one of two things happened here it was a total bait and switch and didn’t expect someone to actually show up and want pay cash where they couldn’t make it up on buy some garbage extended contract, clear coat protectant (or) they really do have their heads so far up there @#$@# they can’t figure out how to sell a car the good old fashion way without financing it. I believe it was a bait and switch and did nothing but waste 4 hours of my life. Either way don’t get caught up I their circus act there is some shady stuff going on and they can’t be trusted, I’m even worried they have my full name now thank god I didn’t fill out a credit app, just go someplace any place but Singh Chevrolet.
