Complaint Review: Singles Plus

Signed an agreement with Singles Plus in 2013 to receive a specified amount of referrals. After going on several dates with referrals, I emailed Singles Plus inquiring as to the number of referrals remaining and when I would be receiving a new match. This was asked as it had been a considerable amount of time since I received a referral.

On May 11, 2015, I received an email stating that they could not provide me with the number of remaining referrals as they were updating their computers. Plus they were working on updating information on some prospective matches for me and would get back to me soon with a match. 

As of November 16th, I have never heard from them again. They do not reply to any of my emails and all phone numbers that I can locate are no longer in service. 

They received full compensation for the complete set of matches, but I have not received the services that I was to receive per the contract.
