Sir Bills Kennels and Robbin Barkley@Paws and Claws Transport Service sold me a Full AKC female Scottish Terrier to breed and as per the website was to provide a 2 year warranty but has refused to on 3 occasions. When the puppy was delivered 6 weeks late, the only paperwork provided was an incomplete shot record that says that the whole kennel was infected with Coccidia and all puppies were treated succesfully at 6 wks old

My puppy has 3 chronic illnesses: bloody diarrehea, skin problems, and Hypothroidism. She is also undergoing DNA testing for von Willebrand disease. She was also supposed to be a red brindle but is not. Sent hair samples to AKC who confirmed this.

The kennel has had 3 opportunities to provide the 2 year warranty and other paperwork requested and provided by all reputable breeders. They have had plenty of time since my puppy was delivered on 7/1/12 with only an incomplete shot record. There are also conflicting birth dates which I am also researching. I will not breed her since that would compromise the integrity of the breed so I have thousands of dollars in foregone income---not to mention approximately $7,000+ in medical bills.

Reports have been made to STCA, DNA data banks, AKC and others. My puppy has been evaluated by 3 veternarians, and I have extensive documentation and research to prove everything I've said, and more.

 Lie, Lie,Lie!

Duh! You sent me pictures of my puppy, which I have copies of. She doesn't look at all like my other female.

I intentionally bought the other two puppies from different reputable breeders to, hopefully, ensure no inbreeding.

I have copies of your website and what your warranty (which you never provided) includes.

I have hard evidence for everything said so you might as well give it up.

I have lots more evidence of fraud if you'd like me to add another report. Good record keeping and research goes a long way. Let me know if you want me to write a new report exposing more of your documented lies. I may just do it anyway.

We come through TX every month and I think i need to personally pay you a visit to pick up of my puppy that you are claiming has so many problems. Since you are so unhappy ,And for the reasons listed below as you shouldnt thinking about breeding the breed. I sold you a puppy to help you get started with good lines when no one else would and this is how you repay me?

Remember you called me and stated that had recently acquired anouther puppy from anouther kennel at the same time you bought my puppy and that you had them mixed up and couldnt tell which one that you had actually purchased from me asking about birth dates. At that time I advised you to do a DNA on both puppies and gave the birth date of my litter although a birth date will not help you determine what puppy you had purchased from me. I also advised you not to AKC register these puppies unless you knew for certain which puppy came from me, and vice versa. I havent been contacted about your mixup with a request for DNA for the puppy parents at all to help you determine your mix up so im thinking that you could possibly still be mixed up on where that so called "sick puppy" came from. Was It actually from me or anouther kennel.

Lady you are way over the top and I wish I had trusted my instincts and had not sold to you. Please quit calling every scottish terrier breeder in the USA complaining about me, as most are close friends and call and let me know when you do so. Its not my fault and you shouldnt be mad at me that you forget what puppy came from me and what puppy you bought out of CA and I couldnt help you figure it out. So if you do have a sick dog on your hands ,I feel deeply for it and feel that it needs to be rescued as you know very little about the breed or where your two females came from as it sounds like you still have them still mixed up.

Don't lie. Everything I said is true and I have proof for. I would never return my beloved puppy to an disreputable breeder. A refund? Not even close to satisfactory. There will be no more communication between you and me personally.

P.S. You need to learn how to spell.

First of all please send me the puppy back and i will give you a full refund since your so happy.

It would have been nice for you to contact me first of your unhappiness. Before telling crazy accusations over the internet,

This puppy deserves a better puppy parent and I demend that you send this puppy back to me.

As far as when the puppy was delivered... if you knew anything about how ground transportation works you would know that your puppy is delivered when a van is actually in the area to pick up the puppy and actually in your area for delivery.

You where told of this before hand so dont play dumb to make me out to be a bad person.

You where told with our full akc reg puppuies that we give no guarantees.

No other breeders provfide a two yr genetic defect guarantee. If so please list them.

Your akc papers have the birth date of the puppy listed.

So get over whatever trip your on.
