Sir Cooper Offers special low-price high-quality poster printing and delivers shoddy printing on tissue paper Oak Brook Illinois
I ordered 11 posters from a company online called Sir Cooper in 24 x 18 size, b/c they lure you in with a quote of $7.50/poster "with no minimums or extra fees" on their poster page. What they don't tell you is that the paper they use on said "no extra fee" prices is absolutely as thin and flimsy as thick tissue paper--I swear, it isn't even the quality of my &*$#% printer paper! And I got them to sell during an upcoming gallery show at Terrell Lester's Deer Isle gallery this July--spent over $90, including S&H and now all I could decently hope to get my customers to use these for is KINDLING for their %^&@ campfires! When I called the 800 # to complain, the guy basically told me it was "not his problem" b/c they offer 4 different qualities of paper, and I "should've known" that the standard paper isn't high quality. After I told him they should be ashamed of themselves for such crazy misinformation, he very huffily offered that "the best he could do was to offer to reprint it on the higher quality glossy stock" for an additional FORTY DOLLARS!!! I feel like an idiot, and now I'm out $90 that I could've spent on so many more worthwhile photographic items--like maybe a brain--I guess if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. . . And when I wrote to their customer service email, complaining, I got an email from the same "manager" saying I was "just upset" and the same pap he offered me on the phone that I should've known about the poor quality of the paper and that everyone else loves their printing jobs. I am waiting for my Visa company to come in like an avenging angel and get my money back, but nothing has happened in a month, and I may have just lost the fight. I want the world to know what a bunch of rip-off artists Sir Cooper is though.

I am an employee of Sir Cooper and would like to state that we would never rip off any of our customers.
We offer four different types of poster paper and this customer picked the cheapest one available. We have since discontinued this type of poster paper due to customer complaints. This customer's money has been refunded and they still want to complain about us, go figure????
Sir Cooper is a great company to work for and we work very hard to deliver great quality copies and posters to all of our customers. We would never rip off any customer... that is just insane, who they heck is going to have a company like that? Not us, I (and all my fellow co-workers) work VERY hard at what we do and want to give our customers the best product!

This is my first time using Sir Coopers copying service, and boy was I impressed! Fast courteous service and fast shipping. I am definatly going to use them again. Told all my friends and they are probably going to order from them too. The prices are so good that you couldn't copy anything at home cheaper your self. Just wanted to thank them for getting my order out fast and correct. Will definatly do more business soon, Thanks Justin!

Customer Service is my number #1 priority and it is the number #1 problem that just aggravates me to no end when I see poor customer service! But that is not a problem so far with Sir Cooper! I've made some mistakes on my end when ordering and they have been kind enough to call and help me through it. Sir Cooper is fast and the quality is very good! The on-line ordering process is easy to use and understand. I hope to have a long relationship with Sir Cooper. It's not the name...it's the people behind the name that make it great!

Superior quality, superior customer service, superior company! Ordered the basic poster, looked real nice, but UPS messed it up during shipping. The folks at Sir Cooper were quick in printing me a second and shipping it the very next day. An advice to other customers: order with the glossy paper option, it is worth the extra couple of bucks!
Again, great products and service. Will definitely do business again soon!

This was my second order for 24x36 posters. I ordered about ten posters in the gloss format on Monday and received the order properly packaged and in perfect condition on Thursday. The posters were beautiful and several people will be extremely happy when I give them to them this weekend! I will be placing more orders within two weeks to Sir Cooper as their quality is very high and they're great people to deal with
