I ordered my glasses back in August of 2015, it is now February 2016 and I still have not received my glasses. I had to send them the artwork several times as they kept "Losing it". They finally sent me glasses back in November but had the wrong artwork. I immediately contacted them and they wanted me to send the glasses back, I said I couldn't as it takes too long for them to make them and I needed my glasses to see. Again I had to send my artwork several times. They've emailed me a few times saying they were either almost finished, finished, or on their way, yet I still don't have my glasses.
After posting my experience on their Facebook and writing unflattering reviews on Google and Yelp, they finally responded. CJ the owner blew up my and my wife's phones with calls and text messages. When the owner of Sires finally got ahold of my wife he asked to speak to me, when I got on the phone he was immediately irate with me and said "We're just talking about glasses here bro, you need to calm down!" (I was calm, hadn't even raised my voice.)
"These are over $300 glasses that I've been waiting over 6 months on." I said. After giving me all kinds of excuses that were bogus, he finally said "Do you want your glasses or not?" I told him "At this point, I just want my money back" He said "You're not getting your money back, now do you want your glasses or not?" I said "Yeah I guess." "Then you need to take down your Facebook post immediately". I told him No, I'll take my posts down once I received the glasses. He then hung up on me. I get home and find that he was texting me threatening me and giving me ultimatums on my phone.
Now he has gone back and said he will not send my glasses until I remove all posts from Facebook, Google, Yelp etc. He is continuing to harass my wife via text messages. All I have asked is that he send me my glasses or refund my money. He has given me nothing but attitude and hostility. I even took the posts down at one point yet he still kept harassing my wife.

OK we went back and forth for a while and once both parties calmed down, the owner sent my glasses, he also sent my wife a cool pair of sunglasses and paid for a dinner for us. He didn't have to do any of that other than send the glasses.
