I have contacted these people several times, i have not had the money put back in my account and they continued to double bill each month. I have faxed them my bank account and they tell me they don't show it on their records..i talked with a manager finally..named jackie..everytime I have called these people to talk to the manager I have been told it can be done(transfer my call to jackie or any manager)and that they have too many other customers to talk to and they are hanging up on me. I was treated that way from the first day I contacted them numerous hanging up because they can't see it on their screen. even after finally getting a manager, having my credit union fax them my account and was told by "jackie' to call her i have been unable to get any one to do anything but tell me they can't transfer me and they have too many other customers to talk to and they diconnect me...they keep saying you can fax us a coupy of your statement..I have done everything and now I'm at yet another stand-still.kathryn, miranda, ca.

in the case of most services that automatically renew their subscriptions, there is usually a pre-authorization debit off of the person's credit card before the actual charge is applied...this could very well have been the case in this situation (without actually looking at the customer's account, i couldn't say for sure that this is the case) that is one possible answer to the reason that an agent couldn't see the charge on the billing summary...in this case, the pre-authorization does not show on the billing summary as it IS NOT an ACTUAL charge to the customer's credit card, but IT IS a hold on the funds in their account...in this case, the customer would have to contact their banking institution to have that hold removed if the actual charge had already been applied....

another possible problem that could be happening to this customer's account is that at some point, this customer may have been on a monthly installment plan, and decided to upgrade to an annual term, and the system is ACTUALLY charging them monthly AND annually (again, i would have to see the customer's account in order to say for sure) if the customer has faxed everything in, and is still not getting any satisfaction, the BEST thing to do is the following, call in the 1-888-539-7474, and hit option # 6...if someone in that option can't fix the problem, ask for a MANAGER because i can tell you that Sirius Radio is NOT in the business of double billing, and this problem has to be rectified

I know what you mean with companies that over charge you. I had a one company double charge me and they were not showing it on there records either. What you need to do is fax them your bank statements so they can see what is going on. You may have to fax it a few times before it will get there because people are so irrisponsible and lose or misplace these items. Put your account number on the fax or reference number and call them 15 minutes after you place the fax.

Call Sirius and get the information, you may have been allready told to do this but I am just trying to help. Also if you have a regular bank account file a dispute with your bank and not accept payments from Sirius. Your bank should be able to refund all of your money if you are getting double charged but it depends if you have a regular bank account or a pre paid type of an account.

A pre paid bank account ususally will not help you at all! I have been in a situation where I was double charged and they told me that I would have to call the merchant to get my money back. If you have a regular bank account like Bank Of America they will usually credit all of your money and go after the company there self but it depends on the bank also. I would fax Sirius your bank statement and they can look in to your account and see what is going on as well and maybe you will get some of your money back. Why did you not see that they were double charging you before? Why did you wait a year before seeing that they were double charging you, do you not look at your bank statements? It doesn't make since to me. Anyway I wish you luck in getting your money back with this company.
