Hello~

I am not writing to keep people away from Sirius, but, rather to open peoples eyes to the current quality of Sirius Satellite radio.

I've been a subscriber for over a year, and up until the last few months I loved my radio. In the past several months, however, I have noticed a change in the quality of service that Sirius is able to provide. I have several issues, which I will outline below.

1) Several months ago, Sirius moved their channels all over the place. It wasn't always easy to have to relocate these channels. Imagine my frustrations when I realized that several of my favorite channels had been deleted. The up side to this is that I did manage to find a few new stations that I did like. This was simply an inconvenience and not somthing that I was really to worried about.

2) Sirius is beginning to play programs on stations that have nothing to do with the genre of that station. For instance, I love to listen to sirius radio classics on channel 118. Recently they have started to play basketball games on this channel. I first I didn't give it much thought. I thought they were rebroadcasting really old games. Then, recently I came to realize that they are broadcasting live games. What in the heck do like (new) basketball, football etc. have to do with old time radio. They freakin have dedicated sports channels. Shouldn't the games be on there instead? If I wanted to listen to a sports game, then I would turn the darn thing to a sports channel.

3)When I tried to send email to the customer service department about this, the email came back undeliverable. I used sirius' OWN online form to send this. What is going on over there?

Once again, I do like sirius, but these things have to stop. I would not be a big deal if it were a free service, but we are paying customers. I am willing to give sirius a chance to fix these things. Because they do have a lot of quality programming. But, if things to improve I will switch over to (((REDACTED))).

sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company your comments on this policy are welcome! Just wonder if anyone else has experienced these problems.

Whoops. Didn't mean to break RRR.com policy by naming a competitor. Sorry about that.
