Sirius Satellite Radio Customer Service/ Billing Dept. paid in full for a year of satellite radio service was turned into a "collection agency" after my year contract was over, cusotmer service/ supervisors unprofessional, rude & of no help New York New York

received sirius satellite radio car adapter as a gift along with a year of radio service paid in full. i wasnt the biller on this account what so ever as it was a gift. they did however have my mailing address. i began getting collection letters/ calls form NCO stating i owed 60 dollars to sirius. i called sirius to say that i never wanted service after a year and that the service was a gift and felt this to be a mistake. after getting no where w/ customer service i asked to speak w/ a supervisor who was by far the rudest man ever! he was talking over me being extremely sarcastic and flat out told me in his words "this was turned into collections so its not are problem even if this was a mistake!" we argued & i hungup to ask for another supervisor but got the same one. he then preceeded to act like he was investigating my issue & placed me on hold. he then came back from hold & pretending to not hear me repeating saying "hello, hello" "i cant hear you" then hung up! this company is very unprofessionial w/ horrible customer service! i now have harassing phone calls from NCO & according to sirius its my problem! not to mention the radio broke after 3 mths of service so i never used it anyway!
