Complaint Review: Sirius Satellite Radio

I, too purchased a radio from Sirius Satellite Radio with the promise of the $50.00 rebate. After letters, phone calls and emails back and forth with sirius and after all their contrived reasons why the rebate was not eligible (nonsense)I contacted Ms. Georgeann Stevenson from State Consumer Protection Board at 5 Empire Sate Plaza, Suite 2101, Albany, NY 12223-1556 and was amazed at how quickly she got back to me and contacted Sirius about the rebate. The contact person at Sirius is Ms. Azure Rae who, conveniently, doesn't give an address or a phone number for the Sirius office. I urge all of you who were supposed to get your rebates from NY to contact Ms. Stevenson as soon as possible. After months of stupid emails from Sirius and sending them all the documentation over and over again, I had had enough. I was truly taken aback at how quickly and efficiently the consumer protection board in NY handled this. Please contact them. What Sirius has done to everyone constitutes fraud.
