Sirius Satellite Radio unauthorized charge to my credit card, would not reverse charges, customer service from stone ages! Ripoff! New York New York
I am sitting here with a police report in front of me, ready to charge down to the local police department and file a fraudulent card charge case to Sirius!
I bought a truck that had a years pre-paid Sirius satellite radio installed. The dealer instructed me that I was to call the 1-800 number and have it activated. After calling, the customer service whoever(?) said that it would be on in five to thirty minutes. It was not. After two hours, I called back and they act like you have never called before and you have to explain to them what you are trying to do.
They then activated it! Great! A few days later I am checking my bank account and notice a charge from Sirius for a years subscription. I call them and they apologize for the mistake and it will take 2 to 5 business days for the refund.
After 6 days go by, I call them back. They say I have never called them to dispute this. Whoever I talked to, they have no knowledge of who it is? and no information has been put into the computer.
After a 15 minute wait on hold, they tell me it will be another 3 to 6 business days to recieve my money. I thought thats what you said the first time!
They inform me that whoever I talked to didn't put any information into the computer?? I went to my bank and they said to go and file a fraudulent police charge. So I then called Sirius back to give them options of either refunding my money ASAP or the police report. They still said it would take 3 to 6 days to get my money. We will just have to wait and see I guess.
