Complaint Review: Sirius XM Radio

I called Sirius Satellite Radio today, 12/29/08, to cancel my account. When they find out that you're calling to cancel, they tell you to hold on while they transfer you to a different department. However, no one picks up the phone after that and you're on indefinite hold. Nearly 35 minutes. When you call back and demand to speak with a supervisor, they refuse to connect you. They are rude, arrogant, obnoxious people. Each and every one of them. I wasted almost 3 hours of my time with these rip off scam artists. And, in addition, they could care less. No wonder their stock sell for 12 cents a share. Hope they go bankrupt and all those nasty operators get thrown out on the street.
