When I added two new vehicles to my account, the "customer care" rep informed me thcoupe wanted to send me a FREE portable radio And would include a FREE $50.00 credit.  I agreed to the radio, finished my vehicle additions and finished the call.

The charges to my account were correct when they came in, then two weeks later another charge from Sirius was posted to my account for $78.00 that was unauthorized.

I called customer care and filed a complaint for the charge and was given a case number.  Five days later, an account rep called and argued that I ordered the radio and would have to pay for it.  He then recanted and said that he would refund the cost of the radio but not the 50.00 credit.  I said that was unacceptable and a full refund would be the proper answer.

he said that he would "review the recording of the call and get back with me."  He never did.

Five days later, I again called customer care and said that I should not be charged for a FREE promo and was given a case number.  I received NO RETURN CALL On that case number, so I disputed the charge with my bank.

My bank has informed me that Sirius now wants proof that it was a free promo from me.  I can't give them that because I don't record my calls (I might from now on tho). And all I have is a case number.

it is a VERY SHADY way of doing buisness.
