Sirius XM Radio Falsely Advertised Four-month complimentary subscription reduced to two. Bait and switch Internet
Bought a new 2015 Mazda 6 Grand Touring with a Sirius XM radio. It was advertised in print to come with 4 month complimentary subscription. But when I tried to activiate my complimentary subscription their operator claims it is only good for two months and there are no four month complimentary subscription options. I asked for her supervisor and got the same story. What a bunch of BS, shame on you Sirius XM for failing to stand behind your word.
This is false advertising and a failure on Sirius XM radio. My wife is currently a customer and I thought I would be great to have in my new car too. But since Sirius XM is jerking me around, then they are on the verge of driving away two customers.
