RE: Sirius XM. I have been a Sirius Satellite subscriber for a while and then terminated my relationship with them due to the high cost of their service. Last July 2013 they offered a special Come Back offer at $25 for six months which I agreed to but it ended on January 7, 2014. I don't use their service very much and live on a fixed income, so I have to control costs. In January they billed me $110 in advance for service for the next 6 months but I refused to renew and tried to cancel their service several times in January, which you MUST do by telephone not Email.

When I finally made contact with customer service, they tried to offer 1/2 price and after I refused, finally offered me the remaining 5 months for $25 However their representative indicated, I would also have to pay $18 additionally for the service I have been trying to cancel several times in January. I am frustrated at their lack of quality customer service, bait & switch techniques, dropped calls and foreign operators. I'm DUN, let them just try to squeeze any more blood out of this turnip.
