sirius xm satetlite radio i believe the are charging customers an unauthorized 15.98 on decembers bill Internet

had online chat this morning with sirius about a 15.98 charge that was labled "radio Service fee" on my bill.  he promptly removed it but i wonder how many millions of users are getting this "phantom" fee and dont know it???
