Sirius XM Worst customer service I have ever encountered internet

 I have had Sirius radios in my cars for the ladt 4 yrs....never again... I would rather hear my spousesing. After this last round of trying to resolve problems, including over charging, turning off radios in the wrong car, and hope against all hope that someone will speak and understand English... I have definitely decided against using them again...Hello pandora...and apple radio...I would pay more just so llong as I do not have to use Sirius. I have been iin sales for over 35 years...If my customer service was this bad...I would have been out of business years ago. I guess having a monopoly is counter productive to treating the customer well. With new players coming online...I can only pray that Sirius will become a thing of the past...I have never had a call last lessthan 30 minutes...nor have I had one call resolve an issue....it is multiple calls and frustrations.....
