After spending much of my morning fixing billing issues I decided to purchase a new SiriusXM receiver toreplace the one lost in a vehicle that was totaled in an auto accident a few months ago. I put the receiver in the shopping cart and found that I was expected to pay $299.90 for a receiver priced at 74.99. I cancelled the transaction and took a screen shot of the web page Advertising the 74.99 price. I then called customer service to process my order. as I was being passed from person to person I was told multiple times that it was not a mistake, that the scv1 unit I wanted was indeed $74.99 and it would be fixed by the next person I would speak to. Eventually I was told hat they had done their best to fix the issue, but if I wanted the unit I would have to pay $299.00 and they would PROBABLY refund the difference. I hung up on him and contacted another agent who told me that that was for a replacement remote control and that he had confirmed it with 2 of his 'supervisors'. I forwarded the screen shots and he still insisted I was wrong (after others had told me I was right).
