i was a long time customer of sirius and decided to cancel a couple radios that stoppd working when they offered to send me a basic receiever free...  i accepted and was sent two radios. i added them to my account but later canceled one. that was years ago... fast forward to last year when i discovered they were still billing me! i called in and they would not refund the total amount i was billed. instead all they could do for me was give me partial credit and comped me several months service. i was upset but i was partially at fault for not checking my account...my fault for assuming they are ethical. i let that go when i notniced i was getting a past due bill... turns out they didnt cancel that radio again but instead gave me a few months credit. now i didnt update my credit card on file so they wouldnt charge my credit card again so instead they sent me a bill. that radio wasnt even in use...i cancelled it. i dont even know if it was actually authorized and receiving a signal....they say i was given free time on that radio too but when that time was up, i started receiving a bill. if i dont have an active card on my account, why would they bill me and not just cancel the service? instead they kept my account open to bill me a few more months... i guess to make their money back.

to cancel service, i was told it could not be done online and gave me a number to call... never ever go to siriusxm. cheap hardware, lousy support and unethical billing practices... i now use pandora. and its free...
