I bought a 2005 Ford F-150 from Sisbarro of Las Cruces in October 2009, I really didn't want the truck but was told I didn't have many other options so I accepted the truck. about 3 days later I was contacted by Sisbarro with them putting more stipulations onto the buying of said truck. I told them I wanted my trade in back and I would go elsewhere. I was then informed that my trade in was already sold at auction forcing me to be stuck with the truck. a year later with very little millage put on the F-150 it started running really bad. I took it into Sisbarro as I had a lifetime drive-train warranty.

After checking the truck the valve assembly had broke and a spark plug had snapped off inside the hole it goes into. they fix the truck partly but inform me that the truck still runs rough but is drivable and if I wanted it to be fixed it was going to be a 17 hour tear down, not to mention that the lifetime drive-train warranty did not cover the cost of the repairs. I called up costumer service and talk to a Mike Yolk who was very rude and told me they hadn't sold me a lemon but it was just bad luck. I asked him if this was what kind of vehicles they sold to all of there customers to which he replied yes it is. A few days later my mother contacted the same gentleman... and I use that term very very loosely, to only be insulted and made to feel belittled by his comments to her.

I then called and talked to the service manager who said Mr. Yolk would no longer be talking to us over the matter. I was then offered to look at other trucks and see if I could get out from under the lemon they sold me. I looked at two other trucks both of which had major problems. One of the trucks I was shown they had me take home over night. On the trip to my home my wife who was fallowing me called me to inform me that I had no tail lights or turn signals. This is a truck they had on there sales lot at the truck store! now I'm sure everyone has heard there commercials stating how ALL of the used vehicles go through a 136 point inspection.

My question is if this truck went through said inspection how did they miss such a big safety issue? The truck also had issues with one of the doors not being able to open, the heater didn't work and the air conditioner blew warm air. Inspected indeed. The next truck I was shown had a motor problem, the windows didn't work properly and it had big gashes in the sidewalls of the tires. This is exactly the service and treatment I have heard about from several other customers of Sisbarro of Las Cruces. Lies and Shady deals but they swear they treat the customers with respect. One slogan is no one walks away they drive away.... well I'm walking away now because they sold me a lemon and wont stand behind there own statements.
