Complaint Review: Sisters Of The Light

This company is ridiculous.. I purchased a service from them, regrettably. I had some questions and sent several emails to them requesting information and received no replies.

I filed a grievance with paypal.. then the responded saying that it was unfair of me to file a report that they were always in contact with me.

Then they had the nerve, to respond that they would help me only after I had terminated my complaint against them. If you do that it cannot be re-opened so essentially your saying everything is ok to paypal.

I did it just to see what would happen, and guess what?? Haven't heard a peep out of them and now i Can't get my money back from paypal..
